A classmate of Brett Kavanaugh and (then) Christine Blasey published a post on Facebook yesterday which says the alleged attack was the gossipy rage for a couple of days when she was in high school.
The post has since been taken down, and the classmate now says she has no idea whether or not it actually happened.
“That it happened or not, I have no idea,” Cristina King Miranda told NPR’s Nina Totenberg. “I can’t say that it did or didn’t.”
That’s different from what Miranda wrote Wednesday in a now-deleted Facebook post that stated definitively, “The incident DID happen, many of us heard about it in school.”

Clearly, this lends credibility to Dr. Ford’s story and, however exasperating some aspects of the story may be, it seems clear that it’s time for the judiciary committee to start issuing subpoenas and getting answers.
