The Mormons have finally figured-out what to do about those gay people: Those who are in same-sex relationships will be run off as “apostates,” and their children may join the church only if they “disavow the practice of same-gender cohabitation and marriage.”
So you can’t belong if you’re gay, and neither may your children unless they trash you. Remember this story next time some smarmy yahoo begins prattling about “family values.”
I have been telling y’all for years, and I am not wrong — religion is the enemy of healthy families, because the loyalties of healthy families undermine the clergy’s total ownership of their sheep. It is as simple and rotten as that.
