Headed to the Outer Banks

We will be skipping a trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula this year — again — but do feel comfortable heading to the Outer Banks; it’s only a few hours away, and it’s easy to minimize and control our encounters with others. We’ll be back the week after next.
