In April 2011 it was <SPAN style=\"BACKGROUND-COLOR: #a8f2f5\">quitclaimed back to Kim and Ardell Daniels<\/span>, the same time she was running for office in Jacksonville. In November 2011 it was <SPAN style=\"BACKGROUND-COLOR: #a8f2f5\">quitclaimed back to Spoken Word Ministries<\/span>. All the while, the home carried the same G.I. Bill mortgage. <SPAN style=\"BACKGROUND-COLOR: #a8f2f5\">Typically, a mortgaged property can\u2019t be quitclaimed<\/span>. The filing contends that the quitclaim on the shared property was an \u201cattempt to keep the interest of the property from the Husband\u201d and \u201cavoid paying taxes to the IRS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beyond that home, the couple acquired other properties, including three Jacksonville homes, a Jacksonville commercial property, and three Central Florida timeshares.
