{"id":8338,"date":"2018-06-23T14:43:48","date_gmt":"2018-06-23T18:43:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bobfelton.com\/?p=8338"},"modified":"2018-06-23T14:43:48","modified_gmt":"2018-06-23T18:43:48","slug":"sanders-booted-from-restaurant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bobfelton.com\/?p=8338","title":{"rendered":"Sanders booted from restaurant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apparently, there is a restaurant in Lexington, Virginia &#8212; it&#8217;s a beautiful town that I visited often when I lived in Roanoke &#8212; that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2018\/06\/23\/politics\/sarah-sanders-restaurant-kicked-out\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">doesn&#8217;t serve<\/a> the likes of Presidential Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said she was kicked out of a Virginia restaurant by its owner because she works for President Donald Trump.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I would not have humiliated her by throwing her out of the restaurant if she had her children with her; otherwise &#8212; good!  Sanders lies for a living and hasn&#8217;t any business amongst decent people.<\/p>\n<p>I understand the point that throwing her out with her children present is a taste of the medicine she has spent the past week defending, but the thought of doing so leaves a bad taste in <i>my<\/i> mouth.
