A story first moved by the Washington Post<\/i>, and now featured by the New York Times<\/a><\/i>, says The Donald shared highly confidential intelligence information with the Russians during last week’s meeting.<\/p>\n

President Trump boasted about highly classified intelligence in a meeting with the Russian foreign minister and ambassador last week, providing details that could expose the source of the information and the manner in which it was collected, a current and a former American government official said Monday.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This, after last week’s circus, will be the breaking point for a lot of Republicans. Surely, whatever face they present to the public in the name of party unity, there can’t be many who are so stupid they don’t know that Trump is emotionally unstable; a cheap, self-aggrandizing braggart who is w-a-a-a-y out of his league; and an existential threat to the country. As I said when he was elected — and nothing has changed my mind — election day was Trump’s high-water mark; going forward, the tide goes only out.<\/p>\n
