Not ever.  What they have in their heads is not even equipment for thought, but just a huge catalog of indexed clich\u00e9s for every occasion, lines to be mindlessly uttered.  If the clich\u00e9 conflicts with something they said just 10-seconds ago, or makes no sense whatever &#8212; no problem!
