So, I beg to strongly differ that an MEI denotes an urgent moral or American imperative. It doesn\u2019t. And the fact that North Carolina isn\u2019t sufficiently meeting HRC\u2019s demands provides hope that my native state, as well as others, might yet be saved from this growing impious, irregular, irreligious, malady afflicting so many of the nation\u2019s municipalities.<\/p>\n

Yes, our state\u2019s cities are below the ratings of HRC\u2019s national average, and that\u2019s a good thing!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
