This won’t make up for the serial indecencies of Paige Patterson and Paul Pressler as they orchestrated the ruin of dozens of careers<\/a>, but at least pastors-in-training won’t see them celebrated as heroes.<\/p>\n
\nIn an October 2015 service, Patterson claimed that in 1978, there were only 16<\/span> professors at the SBC\u2019s six theological seminaries that believed in the inerrancy of the Bible. But due to the conservative resurgence, Patterson said, there is not one professor today<\/span> at an SBC seminary who does not believe in the infallibility of the Bible.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
